To save, click the photo you want in order to view it at 100%. Then right-click and save to your computer.
To add to your sidebar (for Blogspot blogs), go to the Layout tab and choose "Add a Gadget". Pick the "Photo" option, put the team blog's URL (http://artisanbeaders.blogspot.com) in the "Link" box, and choose the photo from your computer. This will make the badge clickable.
